MODULAR & EASILY CLEANABLE INSERT SYSTEM

One of the key features of the station is its removable modular insert system.

Rather than permanently integrating every holder into the main tray, the beaker and cartridge components can be removed independently. This provides better access when cleaning the workstation and makes individual components easier to handle away from the main station.

The removable beaker holders are especially useful when working between different areas of the bench because an individual beaker and its supporting insert can be moved without carrying the complete cart filling station.

DESIGNED FOR STANDARD 1 mL CART FOAM SLABS

The removable cartridge tray insert is designed around the basic foam slab format used for standard 1 mL cartridges commonly sold and found throughout the market.

This allows a full foam slab of upright cartridges to be positioned as a single organized unit instead of transferring individual carts into a proprietary holder one at a time.

Foam slab dimensions, cartridge spacing and hole diameters can vary slightly between manufacturers, so customers using an alternate tray should confirm fitment before production use.

100 mL BEAKER COMPATIBILITY

ULAB 100 mL Borosilicate Glass Beakers

The linked ULAB beakers are 100 mL low-form 3.3 borosilicate glass beakers and are the reference beaker used when designing the station.

The beaker inserts are intended for compatible 100 mL low-form beakers with an outside diameter of approximately 51 mm or less.

Each beaker sits inside its own removable support insert, making it considerably easier to lift out, move around the work area, fill, handle or clean without moving the entire station.

Beaker dimensions can vary between manufacturers even when the listed capacity is the same. If using a different brand, confirm the outside diameter before ordering.

7 INDIVIDUAL BEAKER POSITIONS

The station contains 7 dedicated removable beaker inserts, providing room to organize multiple mixtures, flavours, batches or supporting materials within the same workstation.

Because every insert is independent, a beaker can be removed without disturbing the other six positions.

This modular arrangement makes it easier to keep different beakers organized while still allowing individual vessels to be moved wherever they are needed.

BUILT-IN HOLDERS FOR 4 DAB TOOLS

The filling station includes four dedicated dab tool holders built directly into the workstation.

Instead of leaving tools loose across the workbench, frequently used filling and handling tools can remain upright, organized and within immediate reach.

Dedicated tool storage helps reduce clutter and keeps more of the filling workflow contained within one organized production station.
