The Rocket Hopper was developed to simplify repetitive bag filling by combining the bag holder, upright support and filling funnel into one compact production tool.
Instead of trying to hold a flexible bag open with one hand while filling with the other, the Rocket Hopper supports the bag in an open, upright position so both hands remain available for weighing, scooping and filling.
The integrated upper hopper creates a large filling target and directs material downward into the bag, helping reduce missed pours, spills and wasted movement during repetitive filling.
Its compact supporting base is designed so the entire station can be positioned directly on a compatible scale platform, tared with the empty bag installed and then filled directly to the desired weight.

The Rocket Hopper was designed around a simple production workflow: load the bag, place the station on your scale, tare the weight and start filling.
Because the bag remains supported while sitting on the weighing surface, operators can watch the scale reading while adding material through the hopper.
This eliminates unnecessary transfers between separate bag holders, funnels and scales and can make repetitive filling considerably faster and easier.
BUILT-IN FUNNEL FOR CLEANER FILLING
The large upper hopper provides a significantly larger filling area than the mouth of the bag alone.
Sloped internal surfaces naturally guide material downward toward the center of the bag, reducing the precision normally required when filling directly through a flexible zip opening.

HOW TO USE THE ROCKET HOPPER
1. INSTALL THE BAG: Slide a compatible approximately 10.5 × 11 inch resealable bag into the Rocket Hopper and position the opening beneath the funnel.
2. SECURE THE OPENING: Make sure the bag is properly seated and held open by the bag-support system.
3. PLACE ON SCALE: Position the assembled Rocket Hopper and empty bag on a suitably sized scale platform.
4. TARE THE SCALE: Zero the scale with the Rocket Hopper and empty bag already in position.
5. FILL THROUGH THE HOPPER: Add material through the wide upper funnel while monitoring the scale until the desired fill weight is reached.
6. REMOVE & SEAL: Carefully remove the filled bag from the holder and close its resealable zipper or seal as required.
