Flower Bud Size Filter System

Heavy-duty, reusable 4-stage flower bud size filtering system designed to quickly separate dried flower into more consistent size grades. The four stackable sieves use progressively smaller openings of 1.25″, 1.00″, 0.75″ and 0.50″ and are engineered to nest together cleanly while fitting directly over the top of a compatible standard 5-gallon bucket.

The Distillate Kingz Flower Bud Size Filter System is designed to make flower grading faster, cleaner and considerably more repeatable than manually sorting buds one piece at a time.

Each sieve separates material according to physical size using a rigid square-grid filtering surface. Stack multiple stages together from largest to smallest and allow progressively smaller flower to pass through each level.

The integrated circular stacking system allows each sieve to nest securely into the sieve below it without requiring clips, magnets or locking hardware.

The lowest sieve is designed to fit over the upper rim of a compatible standard 5-gallon bucket, creating a compact flower sorting station that is easy to set up, use, separate and clean.

4 PRECISION FLOWER SIZE FILTERS

The complete system includes four progressively sized filtering stages that can be used individually or stacked together as one complete flower grading system.

#1 — 1.25″

#2 — 1.00″

When stacked from the largest opening to the smallest, oversized flower remains on the appropriate screen while smaller material continues downward through the system. This provides a simple way to separate large buds, medium-sized flower, smaller buds and popcorn-sized material into more consistent groups.

DESIGNED TO STACK DIRECTLY TOGETHER

Each sieve incorporates a purpose-built circular stacking interface. The upper section of one sieve slides into the receiving section on the bottom of the next sieve, allowing multiple filters to remain centered and aligned during use.

The system uses a controlled slip-fit design rather than an excessively tight press fit, making the filters easier to assemble and separate while still keeping the stack properly positioned.

Because the same interface is incorporated throughout the system, the sieves can also be used individually or combined in different configurations depending on the size separation required.

45° INNER FLOW RAMP

The interior perimeter surrounding the filter grid has been redesigned with a 45-degree material-contact transition instead of a large flat internal shelf.

This angled transition helps direct loose flower and smaller material back toward the filtering surface rather than allowing material to collect unnecessarily around the inside edge of the sieve.

The gradual transition also avoids an abrupt internal corner while retaining reinforced material around the lower structural area and bucket-supporting geometry.

DESIGNED AROUND A 5-GALLON BUCKET

The bottom of each sieve incorporates a circular receiving groove designed to sit over the upper rim of a compatible standard 5-gallon bucket.

This allows the bottom sieve to use the bucket as a stable base and collection container while additional sieves are stacked directly above it.

The fit is intentionally designed with usable clearance rather than requiring the sieve to be forced onto the bucket rim, making installation and removal easier during repeated production use.

REINFORCED FOR PRODUCTION USE

The DK Flower Bud Size Filter System is not designed as an ultra-thin disposable sieve. The perimeter structure has been reinforced to provide improved rigidity and durability for regular handling, stacking and repeated flower sorting.

Additional material is incorporated into the lower exterior wall while maintaining the internal bucket-fit geometry and stacking surfaces.

The resulting design provides a substantial reusable production accessory that can be separated, cleaned, reassembled and used repeatedly without relying on replaceable locking hardware.

HOW TO USE YOUR DK FLOWER SIZE FILTER SYSTEM

1. PREPARE YOUR BUCKET: Place a compatible 5-gallon bucket on a stable, level working surface.

2. INSTALL THE BOTTOM SIEVE: Position the selected sieve over the upper rim of the bucket and confirm that it is seated securely without forcing it into place.

3. BUILD YOUR STACK: Stack the additional filters from smaller openings at the bottom toward larger openings at the top.

4. ADD YOUR FLOWER: Place dried flower into the upper sieve without overloading the filtering surface.

5. AGITATE GENTLY: Gently move or work the flower across the sieve so material small enough for each opening can pass naturally through the appropriate stage.

6. SEPARATE YOUR GRADES: Lift the sieves apart individually and collect the flower retained at each size level.
