Heavy-duty 3D printed liquid capsule filling trays available for capsule sizes #3, #2, #1, #0, #00 and #000. Each tray holds up to 50 capsules securely for syringe filling, provides room to snap the capsule lids on while they remain in the tray, and can then be flipped to release up to 50 finished capsules at once.

Distillate Kingz Capsule Filling Trays are purpose-built 3D printed capsule filling tools designed to hold 50 capsules at a time securely and consistently during liquid capsule filling.
Choose from dedicated trays for Size #3, #2, #1, #0, #00 or #000 capsules. Each variation is individually sized for the selected capsule format — you are purchasing a tray specifically designed for the capsule size selected above.
These trays are specifically designed for LIQUIDS ONLY. They are not designed for filling capsules with powders, dry blends, or other powdered materials. The capsule positions are designed around liquid filling with a syringe or similar liquid dispensing tool.
The upper portion of each tray intentionally provides clearance around the capsule bodies, allowing you to snap the capsule lids into place while the filled capsules are still sitting inside the tray. Once the capsules are filled and closed, simply flip the tray over to release the finished capsules as a batch.

SNAP-ON LID CLEARANCE
The upper section is intentionally open around the capsules so the lids can be snapped onto the filled capsule bodies without removing them from the tray first.

The biggest advantage of the design is that you do not need to remove the capsules from the tray before putting the lids on. Fill the capsule bodies directly in the tray, snap the tops on while they are still positioned inside the tray, then flip the entire tray over.
The finished capsules can then be released together, allowing you to handle up to 50 completed capsules at one time instead of removing each capsule individually before closing it.
This workflow is ideal for repeated batches of liquid-filled capsules where speed, organization and consistent positioning matter.
BUILT FOR DURABILITY
These are not lightweight prints designed simply to minimize filament usage. Each tray is intentionally manufactured using more material and longer print times to create a stronger and more substantial reusable filling tool.
Additional material and extended printing are used to improve rigidity, durability and dimensional consistency. The goal is a capsule filling tray that feels like a proper piece of reusable equipment rather than a thin disposable 3D print.

HOW TO USE YOUR CAPSULE FILLING TRAY
1. SELECT YOUR SIZE: Choose the tray variation corresponding to your #3, #2, #1, #0, #00 or #000 capsules.
2. LOAD: Place up to 50 capsule bodies into the dedicated positions in the tray.
3. FILL: Use a syringe or suitable liquid dispenser to fill each capsule while the capsule bodies remain securely positioned in the tray.
4. SNAP ON THE LIDS: Once filled, press the capsule lids onto the bodies while they are still sitting inside the tray. The upper-half clearance is specifically designed to make this possible.
5. FLIP: Once the capsules are filled and completely closed, carefully flip the entire tray over.
6. RELEASE: Release the finished capsules from the tray as a group, allowing up to 50 completed capsules to be removed at once.
This workflow eliminates the need to remove individual capsules from the tray before closing them, making batch liquid capsule filling significantly more organized and efficient.
